Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner Reveals What Kendall Jenner Saw on His Phone That She ‘Shouldn’t Have’

Gerry Turner is spilling some tea. After Kendall Jenner raised eyebrows by saying she saw something she shouldn’t have on the Golden Bachelor star’s phone, Gerry clarified what the model meant.
The situation started last year when Gerry visited Kendall and her mom, Kris Jenner. In a preview for an upcoming episode of The Kardashians, during which footage from that visit will air, Kendall says it’s “the most excited I’ve been in a long time.”
However, things apparently take a turn during the dinner, when Kendall whispers to her friend, “Did you not see what I saw? I saw his phone. I’ve seen some things that I shouldn’t have seen.”
During that meeting, Gerry told TMZ, the Jenners decided to call his daughter, Angie. While pulling up Angie’s number on Gerry’s phone, the mother-daughter duo uncovered a saved contact — including a name, photo and phone number — for Theresa Nist.
That was a major spoiler at the time, as Gerry’s season finale, in which he got engaged to Theresa, had yet to air. The accidental reveal came just minutes into Gerry’s meeting with the Jenners, he told the outlet, but the duo managed to keep their lips sealed for weeks after the fact.
Just months after Gerry and Theresa exchanged vows in a TV wedding, he shocked Bachelor Nation by announcing their plan to divorce.
“Theresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations and we’ve looked closely at our situation, our living situation and so forth and we’ve kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it’s probably time for us to dissolve our marriage,” Gerry said during an appearance on Good Morning America. “The thing that strikes me the most in our conversations it’s been how dedicated both of us are to our families… I think both of us feel like it’s best for the happiness of each of us to live apart.”
As for what really led to the surprising split, Golden Bachelor alum Susan Noles claimed to know the truth.
“I’ve gotta support this man a little bit. I feel like he got the wrong end of it,” Susan said on SiriusXM’s The Jess Cagle Show with Julia Cunningham of Gerry. “Theresa decided not to move and not to quit her job. He got frustrated. Who can blame him? I mean, I would’ve never said I would move to that place wherever that is in the middle of nowhere.”
Fellow Golden Bachelor alum Kathy Swarts also appeared on the radio show, telling the hosts of the former couple, “Gerry’s a nice guy. Theresa’s a lovely lady. S**t happens. Sorry. It does. We like them both, but yeah. You know, I’m sorry. You know someone a month or six weeks and these things happen.”
