Courteney Cox Shares Bizarre and Hilarious Health Hack at 60

Courteney Cox‘s latest workout video is hilariously chaotic.
On Sunday, the Scream star took to Instagram to share her daily workout routine, and it goes from intense to cold in a matter of seconds.
“So I just had a birthday,” Cox tells the camera while doing arm presses. “Don’t love the number, but look, we have no choice, you just gotta do the best you can.”
Cut to the Friends star running swiftly on the treadmill before the video montage goes into her doing a series of intense workouts, including weighted presses, hanging leg lifts, squats and chin-ups.
Things seem normal until she pops out of a mini freezer wearing a face mask, which she has a perfectly good explanation for.
“What? It’s cryotherapy,” she says as she exits the freezer in a black bikini before putting on her trucker hat and walking off the frame.
Fans took to the comments to react to the video.

Cox turned 60 on June 15. In honor of her birthday, her equally as fit bestie, Jennifer Aniston, penned a sweet post in her honor.
“Celebrating this powerful, magical, mystical, interesting, interested, ferociously talented girl today!!! My sweet CC @courteneycoxofficial… she’s funny like no other, STUNNING on the inside and out,” Aniston, 55, wrote alongside a series of pictures of her and the birthday girl.
She continued: “Independent in the most gorgeous way, cares for everyone even if she doesn’t know you. Terrified of dogs even though I’ve never known her NOT to have at least two of them ☺️ Fiercely loyal to the end. She’ll redecorate a room like nobody’s business. Spot a smudge on a window from a mile (literally) away. She doesn’t care what other people think!! 👏🏼👏🏼 I can’t imagine a world without her. It’s one of my great honors to call her one of my best friends for life… Happy happy birthday CC. I love you! ❤️.”
Cox’s milestone birthday came on the heels of her living it up with one of her most iconic moments. Ahead of celebrating her big day, the Mothers and Daughters actress shared a clip of her reenacting the moment she took the stage with Bruce Springsteen in the “Dancing in the Dark” music video.
