‘Big Brother’ Season 26 House Tour: First Look at the Living Room and Lounge (Exclusive)
Written by Rtradio on July 9, 2024
Season 26 of Big Brother is right around the corner, and fans are getting a first look at the new high-tech design of the Big Brother house!
This season, Big Brother is getting in on the technology revolution and embracing the theme of artificial intelligence with a first-ever “BB AI” — which will be taking over the house and making things a little weird and unexpected for this season’s slate of houseguests.
ET has an exclusive first look at two gorgeous and remarkably different rooms in the Big Brother house — the living room and the lounge!
First up, the living room is giving off somewhat uncanny outdoor vibes, with sleek neo-modern furniture juxtaposed against images of nature and decor made from natural elements.
The centerpiece of this lavish living room is the imposing white-and-orange marble wall and the awe-inspiring 8-foot wide root ball coffee table in the center of circular white couches.
With foliage cascading down from the ceiling and a wall covered in a life-size image of trees with an idyllic lake in the background, the living room feels like it’s got a cozy, cool vibe that will keep the houseguests feeling at home throughout the season.
Meanwhile, the lounge is a whole other vibe, with math-themed wallpaper, neon lighting and sci-fi tech, all topped off with an inset fish tank in the back wall.
The lounge also features a futuristic minimalist chess set, some high-tech decorations and sci-fi-themed props.
“From summer camp, to tech, to the multiverse, Big Brother loves to put a twist on topical and pop culture themes,” executive producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan said in a press release on Tuesday. “This summer’s ‘BB AI’ theme promises to bring the fun, the comedy and the unexpected game play that is a hallmark of Big Brother.”
Big Brother season 26, hosted by Julie Chen, kicks off with a special two-night premiere on July 17 and 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
