Khloé Kardashian Brings Her Kids to See Ex Tristan Thompson’s NBA Playoffs Game

Khloé Kardashian took her talents — and loves — to Cleveland, Ohio, on Monday so her children — daughter True Thompson and son Tatum Thompson — could see their father, Tristan Thompson, play in the NBA for the very first time.

The Good American co-founder was spotted at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, where she and her kids soaked up Monday’s action when the Cleveland Cavaliers played host to the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals series. The hobbled Cavaliers lost, 109-102, and now trail the best-of-seven series, 3-1.

All good though — not for diehard Cavs fans — but for True, 6, and Tatum, 1, who got a glimpse of Dad running up and down the court trying to will his team to victory. All in all, the kids got to see Tristan log nine minutes of action. He gave his kids something to cheer about, as he recorded four points, two rebounds and two assists.

Fans on social media recorded Khloé decked out in black leather pants and an oversized black leather jacket while holding baby Tatum, who looked adorable in a tiny Cavaliers jersey with his last name on the back of the jersey. In true Tatum fashion (a la rob Kardashian), Tatum also rocked a backwards black cap.

Meanwhile, True rocked an oversized pink T-shirt and silver duck boots as the family walked the bowels of the arena ahead of the night’s game.

At one point, Khloé gave Tristan a hug before sitting Tatum on his lap. In that same video, shared by NBC Sports Boston, True could be seen showing off her all-access credential hanging around her neck.

This is Tristan’s second stint with the Cavaliers. He started his career there in 2011 after he was drafted fourth overall in the 2011 NBA Draft out of Texas. Tristan then jumped around a bit with the Boston Celtics, Sacramento Kings, Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Lakers last year.

Kim Kardashian and her daughter, North West, watched him play in Los Angeles quite a bit when Tristan was with the Lakers. And when Tristan signed with the Lakers, Khloé showed subtle support for the signing by liking the post on the Lakers’ official account.

The on-off couple last called it quits in December 2021 while they were secretly engaged. Khloé previously claimed during an episode of The Kardashians that Tristan “encouraged” her to do an embryo transfer to have another child via surrogate days before news broke that he had fathered another child with another woman while he and Khloé were together.

But things between Khloé and Tristan seem to be amicable at the moment. Just last month, she wished him a happy 33rd birthday and added, “Your mommy is proud of you,” in reference to Tristan filing legal paperwork in an attempt to be named his little brother, Amari’s, sole legal guardian and conservator, following their mother, Andrea’s, death. Amari is physically and mentally disabled, and is confined to a wheelchair due to Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy.

Khloé has made a point to include Amari in family photos and celebrations, and her mom, Kris Jenner, teared up while talking about the teenager’s health struggles in an episode of their Hulu reality show, The Kardashians, last fall.
